It all started with my weekend obsession to create the perfect cinnamon roll. But then Bria showed up, claiming she could “taste-test better than anyone.” One sugar rush later, and Brixx Bunz was born — a sweet little biz with big flavor and even bigger attitude.

At Brixx Bunz, we believe life’s too short for boring bunz. I bake every batch fresh in small quantities, glaze them to perfection, and add a playful twist, because dessert should always feel like a celebration.
